What You’ll Do
- Work alongside experienced Advisors to assist with commercial property sales, leasing, and market research
- Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
- Gain exposure to different property types, including office, industrial, retail, land, and multifamily
- Participate in client meetings and property tours as appropriate
- Support business development and administrative tasks to learn the day-to-day operations of a brokerage
Qualifications
- Current college student or recent graduate interested in commercial real estate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
